Like most Dentists, I believed that you needed a full-time, in-house Practice Manager, to achieve optimal results for the practice’s growth and profits.


I’m happy to admit that I was wrong.


When Tina came on board, we noticed an almost IMMEDIATE difference to our practice revenue.


In fact, during 2019 we added $121,000 to our revenue directly due to her work with us! And, remarkably, she did it while working with us just 5 hours a week!


Tina started by reactivating lost patients, converting more pending treatment plans into completed treatment, and filling the gaps in our appointment book quickly and consistently. Tina has been involved with the hiring and training of new staff members too. As an example, she took an inexperienced front office receptionist from complete dental novice to a full understanding of dental terminology and processes. This receptionist is now one of the most valuable assets of my practice!


Tina now does many of the PM-related tasks of our practice, including performance appraisals, and continually monitors that all processes are being executed correctly, so that they quickly become ingrained in the culture of our practice.


Frankly, I have never made a better investment in my business than engaging Tina. She handles the staff management aspects that I find most frustrating and confrontational in my practice; monitoring and training, conflict resolution and conducting performance appraisals - all areas where Tina shines for us!

Actually, we started seeing amazing results within the first six weeks of retaining her services, and we have steadily grown now with Tina’s expertise guiding us.
